You really can’t go wrong with anything you order at Tavern 1883. That said, we highly recommend the fried brussel sprouts and the sweet potato fries. They’re absolutely fantastic. Please order them. For us. We promise you won’t regret it.

Of course, your entire meal can’t just be brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes (sadly). But there’s so much more on Tavern 1883 menu that’s worth a try, including the tavern classic burger, the beer-battered fish & chips, and the baked truffle bacon mac & cheese.

BLAKE

With its open kitchen, black and white color scheme, and floor-to-ceiling windows, BLAKE boasts a modern, sleek look. Add the great service and picture-perfect views of the Canadian Rockies to the mix, and the atmosphere is absolutely top-notch.

In addition to service and atmosphere, the final two aspects of an awesome restaurant are the food and drinks – and BLAKE definitely delivers on both of those fronts.

The food menu at BLAKE is always changing based on the freshest seasonal ingredients. But regardless of when you visit, the dishes at BLAKE tend to have a modern Asian flair. Savor plates like Vietnamese beef carpaccio, miso habanero ribs, Korean fried chicken, or Indonesian mi goreng.

As for the drinks, BLAKE also functions as a brewhouse and distillery! Their two specialties are the Three Sisters Vodka and the Miner’s Choice Rum, but they have many more spirits up their sleeves. If you’d like to try one of BLAKE’s house-distilled spirits in a cocktail, choose between the blake umami Caesar, the blackberry catalyst, the botanist, or the filthy chai.

Red Rock Pizza

Sometimes all you want for dinner is a solid pizza, and Red Rock Pizza delivers. You can either create your own pizza or opt for one of their signature pies. If you opt for the second option, you’d be hard-pressed to choose a bad option. The wicked chicken pizza, mango tango pizza, and dewey pizza are all crowd favorites.
